Yes , a tiring day . The 4x400m relay tested my stamina @.@ It felt as if my lungs were on fire . People were fainting here and there ; randomly dropping to the ground like a sack of potatoes. Also learned not to challenge Yok Bin girls at this : one of them is a sukma sprinter . Yes ; they also glared daggers .. the title If Looks Could Kill settled in my mind :/ it was THAT bad .. oh well..in a CC (cyber cafe) right now with my schoolmates. The 'retard gang ' (self professed , I didn't tamper the name for this posting) =) Don't cha just love high school?

Puppy Love

"Oh my gosh! I love him!" , "Whoa , she's CUTE,", "Do you think he/she likes me?" and of course , "Think I got a shot with him?" . Puppy love strikes again. Yes , the shallow and somewhat emotional phase of puppy love - who hasn't been through it? (I've had more than my share of it already) This joyous or heart-wrenching time in a teen's life is rather inevitable . So what if its a TV celebrity , your next door neighbour or that guy who works at the pizza shop? When hormones kick in there's nothing much a person can do but sit and enjoy the ride , fighting the fact just gives your romance story a little twist . But yet , why not cherish this light hearted facade that comes before the stark serious ones? Puppy love casts spells on the dull and droll , seemingly lighting up their world . Hyperbole's would be abused during this era however even badly .. "Your love is like oxygen," , "You're my Juliette," and even cheesy pick-up lines like "Hey , do you believe in love at first sight or do I have to walk by AGAIN?" .. Puppy love is infectious ; STALKING and OBSESSION however is strongly unadvised . Who's Mr.Dreamy taking to prom ? Don't whip out a pair of binoculars to find out , and don't try scanning every print on his facebook page . Want to be a romantic ? Write a letter , if he tears it up then you know (this method is not recommended) . Bad poetry , climbing trees , 'accidentally ' bumping into or meeting , randomly 'finding' a nice flower when you're near them . Signs of puppy love . Watch out ; you might have a stalker . It might just be me. =P

K-pop!

To be honest , never have I expected to fall under the bewitching spell that is K-pop . Truth be told , what's so nice about listening to a group of boys or girls sing words we hardly understand ? Well , being quite against all this 'revolution' previously , it was terrifying to realise that some songs are pretty good . Thus leading to my new obsession : Shinee !!! A K-pop band of 5 boys , lead by the group's leader Onew , and lead singer Kim Jonghyun (a personal favourite , he sounds rather like a slice from my own heaven). Yes, they have been around the media for quite awhile and kicked up a storm . The 5 boys in question : Kim Jonghyun , Taemin ( another favourite , for his dance moves and voice) , Minho (tallest ,cute and awesome rapper though not favoured as much as the previous two) , Key and Onew ; Taemin ,being the youngest , is still - to the delight of young girls , SCHOOLING .. yes you read right.. Imagine the terror of fangirls he has to plough through everyday .. Back to the issue - their famous songs and hits are deeply wretched in my heart (lost in there I'm afraid) ;

Hello, there! I would like to begin my blog with a poem.

Enchanted

Who was the boy?
That my eyes once saw.
The enchanting looks, teamed with a coy smile,
He now makes my life worthwhile.

Yet he was a mystery,
Discreet to the core,
His feelings were in secrecy,
His being more tempting than before.

A devil or angel?
The truth or lie?
I may never know,
But my fears will re-side.

Smitten at first sight,
Feeling love's first bite,
Now all the stars seem to bright,
I can't help but to follow love's light.

But rejection is feared,
To me, from my most deared,
But only I cry and tear,
For my life isn't shared with anyone here.
